Each AAF Club has a primary administrator who can contact OpenWater support for assistance. There are two ways to contact OpenWater support.

In­App Messenger

If you’re on the OpenWater platform and encounter a problem, the in-­app messenger is a great way to reach out. In fact, the small “?” icon at the bottom right corner of your screen is the direct connection to the assistance you need.

After clicking on the icon, a chat window will open where you can resolve any issues you’re having. It’s as simple as that.

Remember: If you use the in-app messenger and then sign out of the app, responses will be sent to your email inbox.
