Testing your program is important, and you will want to load up your website and submission for as your entrants will see it in order to test. This guide walks you through getting to the website, and also opening the form directly.
Note: The link to the submission form changes each time a new cycle is started, so be sure to update this in any external email blasts or website you might have it on.
STEP 1: Click Manage next to the program you will be working in
On the left menu, navigate to DASHBOARD - this is the page you will see when you first log in
In the Orange Competitions box, click on the competition name to expand it
Click the Manage link
Option 1: Open the Submission Form (aka Direct to Competition) URL
If you want to open the direct link that will point entrants to the submission form page of your public awards website, copy the Direct to Competition URL from the text box in the center of the screen.
Paste it in the new browser tab and click Enter.
Note: Unlike your homepage link, this direct link changes every year with the new cycle, so be sure to update any hyperlinks you might have added on your external websites and email blasts.
Option 2: Open the Homepage URL
If you want to open the main page of your public awards website, copy the Homepage URL from the text box with the blue color border.
Paste it in the new browser tab and click Enter.
QUICK ACCESS: Click the link straight from the Dashboard
On our updated Dashboard, you can click the entry link directly from the page.
If you have not yet set your Submission Period dates, you will see an error that the entry period is closed.
