If your program has fees, there will be times that you will want to see which fees were triggered for a particular entry. This is most useful in cases where an entrant says they were overcharged, or got an incorrect fee on their invoice. These steps will help you to pull up a list of those fees, and get one step closer to working out where the problem is.
STEP 1: Click Manage from Dashboard
Click on 'Manage' on the competition containing the entry you want to view fee information for.
STEP 2: Go to Invoices / Manifests
Click 'Finance' and then Invoices / Manifests
STEP 3: Find your entrant's invoice
Search for an invoice -- you can leave all fields blank to search on all invoices.
Open the desired invoice by clicking "Select" on the right-hand side, under the "Action" header
STEP 4: Switch to the "Accounting" tab
Click the "Accounting" tab to view the invoice details
STEP 5: Review the Description for Fee Information
Under the Description column you should see the titles of all the fees that applied. In this case, the entry only triggered one fee, the "Member Base Fee - Single". Any additional fees will be separated by a comma.
Under the minus column is the total amount incurred by the fee(s) listed. For example, if this entry listed a late fee in addition to the base fee, this value would be the total of both of these fees combined.
Hint: If you cannot see the full details (if the field content is too long), you can double click to highlight all the text, copy it, and paste it into a text editor to read. Alternatively, zoom out on your browser.
STEP 6: View Fees and Adjust as Necessary
If the entrant has been charged incorrectly, and you want to view the fees to see the details, click the top menu button Round Settings >> Entry Fees >> Select. From here you can view the conditions that cause the fee to be applied, and edit the settings as necessary.
