Scoring Sheets and Wall Sheets

If you combine online and offline judging you are able to download and print out scoring sheets to pass out to your judges, and wall sheets to put up to identify where judging is going to take place.

Note: The Print Out menu items will only appear in your menu if you have completed entries in your competition, and you have judges set up with entries assigned. The Scoring option (in Step 8) will only appear once entries have been assigned to judges.

STEP 1: View Your Competition

  • From your OpenWater Dashboard, find and click the Competitions tab on the left side navigation bar



STEP 2: Manage Your Competition

  • After clicking on the Competitions tab, look to the right to find the list of available competitions
  • Click "Select"



STEP 3: View Print Outs

  • Find and open the "Tools" tab and then click on "Print Outs"

Note: This option will only appear in your menu if you have completed entries in your competition, and you have judges set up with entries assigned.



STEP 4: Select Print Outs

  • Click "Print All Wall Sheets" to download all of the wall sheets
  • Click "Print All Score Sheets" to download all of the score sheets
  • Click "Print Both" to download the entire set of wall and score sheets
    OR
  • Under the "Print" header click an individual link to download the individual sheet



STEP 5: Individual Judge Printouts

You can also download all or individual scoring sheets associated with a specific judge

  • Click to open the "Tools" header and then click on "Print Outs for Judges"



STEP 6: Select Print Outs

  • Click "Print Score Sheet" on the right-hand side



Step 7: Select Categories and Print

  • Select "All" or the individual category you wish to print for
  • Click "Print"



STEP 8: Putting Scores Into the System

Once judging is complete you will need to enter your scores into the system

  • Click to open the "Tools" drop-down and click "Scores / Results"



STEP 9: Input Scores

  • Input comments and scores from the physical scoring sheets
  • Click "Save Scores"
