Impersonate a Judge

Sometimes a judge has an issue you just need to see to understand.  You can impersonate a judge which will log you out as an admin and log you into the system as the judge.

STEP 1: View All Judges

  • From your OpenWater Dashboard look down to find and open "Judges"
  • Click "All Judges"


STEP 2: Select a Judge

  • Find the judge you wish to impersonate and click "Select" on the right-hand side


STEP 3: Switch to the Tools Tab

  • Click on the "Tools" tab


STEP 4: Impersonate the Judge

  • Click "Impersonate" to log out of the system as an admin, and into the public site as the judge
    Note: once you are done remember to log back in as an admin
